Utilitarian Pack Baskets

Going in the deep woods for a few days or taking a day hike, these are packs you’re looking for.  These are meant to be used.  Woven with flat and/or flat oval reed, seagrass rim filler, a hand-carved oak handle, with sturdy half round rims.  The skids are hand-carved to fit the basket, lashed on to secure the straps.  True to Linda’s creativity and quality, corner protectors are added for protection from wear and tear. When they are worn, they can easily be replaced, adding longevity to the life of your pack basket.

These utility packs range in size from small to extra large. You can select oak or black walnut stain for your pack. Cotton harness for the small size pack is available in red. Cotton harness for the medium/large and large is tan. Leather harnesses are available for all size packs.

Large Adirondack Pack Basket

Medium Adirondack Pack Basket

8” x 11” base with 16”- 18” height

This size was created for the adult that wants a substantial pack but not a large pack. This will comfortably fit an adult female or male with a heavy coat. Packs are stained with a choice of oak or black walnut. These packs have a choice of tan cotton harness or leather harness.

6” x 9” base with 12”-14” height

These packs are a very popular size.  A child as well as an adult can wear these.  Those looking for a pack for decorative purposes and wanting one larger than the decorative line, like this size as well.
